New post for project:

I took this photograph on a winter morning down a quiet

country lane, I like how the road apears to fade away into the distance

and also how my breath in front of the lense has created a ghostly,

foggy effect. This has made the photograph seem slightly eerier

than originally intended.

These photos were taken close to the image above, however I managed to catch the skyline along the hedge as the rising sun hit the clouds. I think the hedge helps to show where the photograph has been taken and makes the photograph seem like a countryside style photograph.

A2 Specialist project:

Finally decided to update the blog. Have chosen my topic for my specialist project and I am going to be looking at locational photography and possibly landscape photography. I am going to experiment with taking photographs of chosen settings under different lighting conditions and possibly different weathers. This topic will more than likely have a more rural theme as I live in South Devon and there is a lot of farm and moorland surrounding me.

These two photographs were taken outside my house when it was snowing, I am also going to take photographs of the location under different weather conditions. However I do feel that the snow has brightened the driveway as usually it is very dull and grey so the snow makes the image much brighter and more attractive. I took these photographs using a quickshoot mode to try and avoid blurring the falling snow.
